What Jobs Do People Want Right Now?

What jobs are people looking for right now? We looked at all keyword and title searches between January and April of this year to find out which roles are the most appealing to candidates right now.

Entry level and business support roles are in high demand among jobseekers, with a combined 13% of all searches including the terms ‘administrative assistant,’ ‘customer service’ or ‘entry level.’ Roles that typically require a little more skill and experience followed closely behind, with searches for the titles ‘Executive Assistant’ and ‘Project Manager’ making up a combined 2.1%. Considering the range of available job options and variations on title searches, these percentages are significant. While Healthcare was predicted to be a driving industry in 2016, these search trends point to the current popularity of more generalized part time, hourly, and entry level positions.
